“A delicious blueberry expansion scene in BustArtist’s iconic art style! Its so refreshing to see an artist still making beautiful work by hand. He renders every detail of the skin inflating in such a believable way that makes you salivate. When you think it can’t get any bigger or better it just keeps growing… I mean going!”

With a runtime of over ten minutes and a transformation sequence spanning nearly its entire length, BA has set a high bar for himself if he wants to top this piece with his next grOw/mOvie. Fans of blueberry will note that he has once again broken the mold for how this TF typically unfolds with his own take on how some of its stages look. Blend that with his distinctive style and you get an animation that you can pause at any point to be treated to a frame straight out of one of his comics. It's bursting at the seams with his artistry! Don't miss it!

So, my first thought on starting the video was “Hey, I KNOW that coffee shop—walls, high ceiling and all.  And then…whoah, I was sucked in.  The beauty of animation is that you can do things gradually, and BA takes advantage of that.  But then we get reflective spots (because all coffee shops have those overhead spotlights) on our heroine and her attempts at moving and…no, not going to spoil it.  Just…if this is your thing, WATCH IT.  And then watch it again.  You can thank me after you recover.

Impressed as hell with the slow tension and good choices you made in transitions and building repeated levelling.
