PATREON TIER CHANGES! THE NEW YEAR AHEAD. (Patreon)

This is a very important post!

Since the Patreon launched we have had so much fantastic support from all of you, this has enabled us to speed up development and maintain a constant stream of mod updates monthly. 

I'd like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who's supported us so far and to all of the community on our Discord server who have helped us bug fix, shared their ideas and given us new ideas on what to work on next.

When we started this Patreon we had the vision of opening a community Minecraft server where fans could build and play together in our world of dragons; We're pleased to announce that goal will be realized in January! we're currently throwing together the last parts and testing the servers ready for our pledges to play very soon.

Question: What does this mean for the current tiers?

A: We're bringing the mod download price down to the 'Dragon' support tier. Now, for $10 per month you will be able to help us develop the mod further while enjoying the progress as it comes.

Question: Why are you doing this now?

A: We previously reserved the mod for Alpha tier supporters because it was nowhere near ready for public access, we wanted to make sure the people who got the mod were as invested in its progress as we were. The mod still has a long way to go but its got a lot more  features than it had before, we also want to build a community around the mod. The $25 tier prices too many people out of being able to join in on the fun, especially with the dragons server launching soon.

Question: What about the Alpha tier supporters then? 

A: We recognize our alpha tier supporters have given us so much opportunity so we will be continuing the 'Alpha dragon' pledge rank with all its current features plus the added benefit of an exclusive Dragons mod collectors mug should its current supporters wish to continue their current level of patronage. Please note that Patreon merch for Membership is only available to be shipped to patrons in Australia, Canada, Germany, UK, and US (for now). 

We will also continue to introduce more benefits to this tier, such as exclusive server ranks and rewards as time goes on, we're committed to making sure those who want to give that bit extra feel the value of doing so.

Question: I'm an Alpha tier supporter but I only want the mod updates, what should I do?

A: You need to make sure you change your pledge tier from 'Alpha' to just 'Dragon' that will ensure that you still get mod updates and access to the community server.

Question: How will we know when the server is live, and what version of the mod it is running?

A: We will be posting an update here once the server goes live, we will also make sure to post server update features on the Patreon feed too; these will include community screenshots, development progress posts and of course, Server mod version updates. Letting you know when to change the version of the mod you are running.
