Marcille Mule TF + Izutsumi Saddlebags TF (Patreon)

Marcille and Izutsumi transformed into a mule and its bags, thanks to an unlucky encounter with a magic trap... At least Laios seems to be enjoying himself.

In the alt, the TF came packaged with a reality warp, which in turn results in the party leaving Mulecille behind in the Golden Country at the request of the residents who'd love non-monster livestock... Probably for the best, I doubt those lower floors are safe enough for a beast of burden to traverse!
