Hiiii. This is an important one.

For the next 3 days — today Monday 7, Tuesday 8, and Wednesday 9 — there won’t be a set, I won’t post anywhere, and I won’t run the Discord “Your Waifu On My Style” thing.

I need to be honest with you.

For a while now there have been a lot of cancellations. We hit 28 members at the same time (seriously, thank you), we celebrated 20, and I was already thinking about what to do for 30. Then the cancellations started and we’re almost back at 15. So I’m taking these 3 days to sit with it. What I’ve been doing wrong. What I could do better. What I should add. What I should drop.

I want this to work. I like this project. It’s fun. Having a community is actually really special to me. But I don’t do this for a living — I’m a university student — and this is a huge extra effort that I haven’t been steering well enough. Maybe I’m trying to do too much at once: posting on every social, making extras for everyone, when I should be focusing on the people who actually pay to be here. Maybe changing from “one girl a day” to themed weekdays was a mistake. Maybe the style is too niche. Maybe trying so hard not to repeat girls, picking variety over the characters people actually want, was the wrong call. I genuinely don’t know. That’s what these 3 days are for.

I’m sorry the content goes quiet. You’re not losing those sets. When I’m back I’ll post them:
