New Scene for Chapter 3 (Patreon)

Hi folks,

As I'm working on chapters 7 to 9, I realized that one of the sub-plots requires a scene to occur earlier in the story to keep all the timelines in sync, so I've added a new scene to Chapter 3.

To make it easy for you, I'm re-releasing chapters 1 to 3 in their entirety, so you can just replace your old version of the file.

The new scene is the third scene in Chapter 3. In the PDF file, it begins on page 36. If you're searching for it in the HTML file, it starts with "Leena studied the image".

Hopefully this is the only time I have to do this, but Book 6 is turning out to be rather complicated, so we'll see.

I'm targeting late March for the next release, but in terms of word count, I'm going to have to count this scene as part of it since it ate up a chunk of time. So there may be one less scene than there would have been otherwise, but the total amount comes out the same.

Now, back to work!
