[Mod] Teen Pregnancy & Reactions (RPO, Mod 5) - Sims 4 (Patreon)

NO known conflicts.Override information: pregnancy_inLabor (buff), pregnancy trimester buffs normal and 'hate children' variant [to safely add the age tests required for teens]

Teens showing bumps or not can depend on what body preset they have. The three types shown on the following image have been known to show no bump:

DOWNLOAD:

- remove previous versions of this file, if you have any

- grab the RPO Core Library if you don't have it;

- grab the file from this post and put it directly into your mods folder or one subfolder (it's a .package file, so, not extracting!)

Is this module on teenage pregnancy compatible with the "Preteen" mod (by Katato on adeepindigo site) ? Because Preteen can't have romantic interactions

It follows pregnancy rates like for adults. So, depends on if you use individual risk or global risk, and what you set those things to

Have you thought of adding any "first woohoo" gameplay, like it can be a positive or negative experience with its buffs, memories, conversations with a partner, parents or friends etc.? Also revealing a sim is virgin is somehow boring in lovestruck, maybe you could also do it better. As you always do with all of your mods.

Hi depending on the body preset chosen in cas for your sim, they won't show a bump. It's not related to the mod

Hello, I have a problem with the M05 module. As soon as it is in the game, my teens always get pregnant immediately after the WooHoo. Is that normal? I have the following modules in the game: M00, M04, M05, M15, M19-21.

Hi, Woohoo has pregnancy risk for teens if M05 is installed yes, with 30% chance. If you have M2 you can customize said chance (maybe even without, check in rpo global settings) If Sims always always get pregnant and not 1/3 of the time, I would check for conflicting mods also adding risk

I have already written down which modules are active. I had already removed all other possible mods for testing purposes, MCCC WooHoo and WW. It happens immediately as soon as I add module M05.

2026-09-21 21:00 Hello! I downloaded M05, togehter with M00 and M10. However, M05 seems to not work: my teen sims are having woohoo all the time, but no pregnancy appears. I double checked to ensure that I have got the latest Mod version and that MODs are activated, and it seems that everything is on track. What could be the issue?

this is not working. My male sim has a son who's teen GF is pregnant and there is no reaction and nothing for me to select for the dad to react.

Hi, a father will need to confirm the child is theirs via paternity before they can tell their parents they're themselves becoming a parent. The rest of the functions revolve around the pregnant sim, and more things on the side of the impregnator are planned to be added

Hey, I’m trying to install the mod on my MacBook. I followed all the steps from the instructions, and it shows up under “custom content” when I open The Sims 4. But when I play the game, it doesn’t actually work — I can only make the teenagers “make out.” Do I need to download WooHoo mods for it to work, or why isn’t it showing up?

Hi, I'd recommend to check again your script file depth and game settings as that's usually what people get wrong - re. Teens getting pregnant they can get pregnant via 'mess around' which is the same as Woohoo. If you need further help I can check a file log on discord if you come to the server

First I love Your mods. I don't mean to be rude at all. But this is one of your mods where I had great expectacions and after so looooong (years) it feels sooo lacking. My teen gets pregnant, and all that happens is that, there is a possiblility their parents will get mad of instead the parents are all okay with it. That if the teen thels them. Other wise they can live in the parents house, and they won't know, there's a bun in the oven! Sometimes my teen gets a phone call from a VERY random sim that says somthing on the lines of " you're pregnant, you should be ashame!" and that's it. Nobody else than the random caller cares! And if they see eachother on the street, the random doesn't know! Nobody even notices. Unless my teen says all around, "I'm pregnant, and I not ok/I'm ok with it, they could just be quiet and give it to adoption and nobody would notice. This mod has so much untaped potencial and I've been waiting for things to happen, but it still seems just half done. So I'm sorry, yes you are a wonderful modder, but this would be great for story telling, (now more than ever) but nothing ever happens. Teen pregnancy or thirty year old woman pregnancy, have little differece. And I said this before, because I really think this is importante: NPCs have to notice anybody is pregnant, without being told. You don't go through cryptic pregnancys as a norm! Most are quite the spectable!

Hi, I can and would love to and we'll get there eventually. The problem is that between patches and all my mod projects, it usually takes a long time to get everything done, as you have pointed out yourself. This mod in particular I made when I was just starting out. I can do much more now thanks to years of experience, and due to this and as stated before, I am revisiting older projects one by one for feature updates. The extra experience will come in handy once I can go back to this mod to do its feature updates, which is down the visible road at this point. I have to finish pack integrations for M04, then it's finishing CPS overhaul, after that it's feature updates for rpo m3 and m5 (1 and 2 have already had their 'second pass' for feature updates and m4 will have too as I'm wrapping that up meanwhile doing the new pack integrations, hence it being m3 and m5's turn - m5 being teen pregnancy).

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that the image mentioned here "The three types shown on the following image have been known to show no bump" does not have an image after it. Or at least, not one that is visible on my screen. I would love to know which presets have issues if you get a chance to update this page. Thank you so much for creating this mod. I adore it.

Hello, firstly, thank you for your work on your mods, like many others, you have transformed my gameplay! I was wondering if you were going to add the possibility of a teenage pregnancy to be a secret in the R&L expansion. From reading on here, I can see it has added enough of a headache for yo,u and I'm not sure it would even be possible.

I am playing a legacy challenge and I am at the point where Generation 2 is pregnant with Generation 3. Gen 2 is a young adult not a teenager but when she told her parents about the pregnancy using the RPO mod I get the pop-up message about the parents finding out their teenager is pregnant with the options about whether or not to provide support. This has happened in a few different save files. This only started after the last update I downloaded.
