We've moved to a POV where Plats are almost always enemies and threats to our Ssaelit characters. Duane's little Plat boys in the army were not common - they otherwise overwhelmingly trend Gefendur, like the Quigleys. And I do suspect these lads were here to make mischief.

The layout got a little confused here. The knights rode past Tree and Jaer through the arcade and outside to the chapel. Plats burst past those knights and behind them, back into the arcade. I should have put the knights in the sixth panel to make that clear x_x
