I KNEW KALEO WOULD RESPOND LIKE THAT. Maybe if Deilana tells Kaleo they’re in therapy, maybe that might help? But the instant chemistry between kaleo and you know who is something to see! But let the journey begin cause I am all in!

I 100% believe Kaleo would jump at a girl that is giving him the kinda validation that AM “denied” him. Kinda like a look at all the girls that do want me. Also love the idea of Cedric going to school. Probably not a public school but use the pack to make it a private school for a lot of the Windenburg nobles (and others if the regionality isn’t a problem). Great episode as always.

I cannot speak for other kingdoms, but in Norway there was a discussion about it in the early 2000's. The Crown Prince's fiancee is a single mother, so there were discussions on what to do with her son. Our laws say that even if adopted, he would not be eligible for the throne nor hereditary titles. However, the King could entitle him personally as a prince if he wished (his kids would not inherit, though), though the government could get involved if it caused controversy. In the end they did not give him a title, but he would be raised by the family nonetheless and would join them in events that would involve the whole family. He later shared that he wished to leave the royal shotlight to be a private citizen. Outside of that, I cannot recall many royal families that adopt, but I am not that interested in royalty. I do know that adoption was somewhat normal in feudal Japan, but not many details about it. In Rome it was a normalized practice, though I always viewed it less as actual adoption and more as accepting an apprentice as the official successor. They took it seriously, though, so while the crown prince pair won't have to go through the same hardships as regular people wanting to adopt, they would still have struggles since the child would be, at least, part of the royal family, and at most, possibly an heir. If I understand Chinese and Korean royalty correct, from my drama-watching, adopting a relative was also somewhat normal in necessary/desperate times. Either the queen or consorts adopt lower-ranked concubines' sons (though they would still be royal blood), or the Emperor/King would adopt a royal relative's son, since said son would still have royal blood. That could be an option, as well, and it could lead to drama. At any rate, it will be a long and hard journey for the couple. In some ways easier since they are royalty, but on other ways much harder.

when you said Kaleo was going to enter his 'hoe phase' I SCREAMED OUT LOUD omg it was so unexpected but I am HERE FOR IT. I am now highly anticipating the stream where Kaleo romances all these noble women. It is such an appropriate arc for him to go through - especially since he's young and dumb and of course coping unhealthily. Btw, I am LOVING these longer episodes. I rewatch them often and to have them on in the background while I'm working is great, so by all means, make them as long as you want :D

Yess, I can definitely see that! And for sure! I was thinking of making it a private school/prep/boarding school. And thank you!!

Thank you for the info! Things will probably be different in my world for different kingdoms, but this is good information to know!
