The general consensus for the very end of the episode seems to be that Beatrice realized Bojack is describing her a fake scenario (she seems to get a moment of clarity and loses the genuine enthusiasm after trying to think of the taste of ice cream, as it's heavily implied she has never actually eaten any in her life because it was "boys' food" and would make her gain weight, but she still plays along with Bojack.)
