Unlike the apothecary diaries, this historical fiction is based on a real person and events. I have zero clue how likely any of this is to be in a Japanese history class, but the point is it's a story where some of the readers/watchers will already know the ending just by knowing history. Prophecies, for me it really depends how vague it is. This one is not vague so it's eh whatever. There's a line of vagueness where you're not quite sure what is meant, but when the thing happens you can see how clearly it fits? Not too vague to the point where you have to stretch things to figure out how the result matches.
