Chibi-Usa's dress in the beginning is a Moon princess dress (similar to Princess Serenity's.) Helios is described as around 12-13 physically, but he doesn't seem to age (probably related to his place of residence and/or duty.) Chibi-Usa's aging is also confusing and in the manga/Crystal it's a whole thing that she does not age normally (they explain the whole "Usagi and friends still being around 1000 years later" thing,) but they don't mention that in this version. From what I'm understanding, Chibi-Usa is at least about 8-9 here (she was about 6-7 in her first appearance and older after she came back as a Guardian.) The manga art shows her aging much better. Mamoru is 2 years older than Usagi in the manga/Crystal.

That is much better than I was thinking. Honestly, I get that it’s fantasy, so I can let it go, but still wild to me that they made it the focus of the season.
