thinkyou got into this is a well off negiboorhood purley beacuse it's beachfront,and that's not the case,seymour's bay has always been portyed as a local tourism town (as in the tourist are mostly people who live further in land new jersey and just want a cheap trip to the beach,and it's not super doing well,so well might more expsense then most other small towns,it's not by much.
