I do quite like this episode. Translation point: when the prince said Kasuke was a "man" and Asebi replied, no he's a hill raven, the word he used means "person" better than it does "male." She's not saying him being a hill raven meant she disregarded his gender, she's saying she disregarded his personhood.

The whole thing with "horses" and hill ravens never felt more uncomfortable than this episode. I find it more amazing than anything that this episode all but nuked half the main cast.
