I was reading the bard person's character (Rainstorm was it?) as naturally shy and it was the mask that was making them braver, whether magically or through mundane anonymity. Plus loads of people can be terrifyed of performing but cope better with the people they are close to. Edit: pronouns :)

You're probably right, but honestly a huge part of me is holding out hope that they turn out to be evil somehow anyway just so I can be right. XD Raine identifies as they/them and is nonbinary, as dozens of my commenters will tell you. ;)

Being right sure is nice :) I can't tell you about my favourite instance of being proved right because it's in a game you said you were planning to play, but I made the guess early on, was told I was wrong, and then the wrongness was a red herring and I was right! My brain made many dopamines. Appologies about the pronouns, I will do better.

I actually had a very recent experience with being super right EARLY, small spoilers for the webtoon "Everything Is Fine" The construction of a Faraday Cage ends up being a major plot point. Literally all I saw was a few cases of Aluminum foil and I was like "I wonder if he's building a faraday Cage). I never have nor will I ever again be that quick on the uptake.

Hey by the way I know you didn't know about this when you were watching the episode! And you probably saw it online since then, but just in case: Raine Whispers is nonbinary, their voice actor has been very vocal about it as they are also nonbinary. Raine should be referred to with they/them pronouns, not he/him, since that is what the other characters use in the show. [EDIT: I should have watched the next video before I commented, haha. Sorry!]
