There's a detailed timeline in 1 of the first 5 books (there's other timelines in later books but they're for over larger period of time going back even before Kumoko in some cases) but I think Kumoko was in the labyrinth for about 2 years give or take a few months.

Kumoko healed people on the attack on the carriage which wasn't supposed to have happened yet but fuck a proper order of events that makes total since we're going off-road! Sorry but the timeline changes for no reason really do annoy me.
