Disney15ish

The reason this season is short has a couple possible reasons that I'm not sure have ever been confirmed, some say it was just what the budget allowed for, other places say someone wanted this era to end with an even 100 episodes (counting the 2 pilot episodes as 2). Also, the writers since the pilot are only "Executive Producers" in this season, and it's their last involvement with the show. A new writer came in S8, where all three of them would write episodes, but these 4 are written by the newer writer before he fully takes over as head writer for the 11-minute era. Also the likely reason S8-9 feel more connected is that along with the specific episodic writing credits, both seasons have a "Story by: Dan and Kevin Hageman" credit all throughout. One last thing, because of it's connectiveness these last three seasons are called "The Oni Trilogy".
