So, apparently, cyberpsychosis isn't actually a real thing. Or rather, it's a combinations of other things, including addition to the immunosupresants, PTSD, ect. The show makes it sound like a cyberpsycho is a lost cause that needs to be killed, but if the city had a functional mental health care system (...or *any* functional health care system...), people could get better.
