While neither Keith, Scott, Genevieve, nor Tasha is necessarily a defender of the new DCEU sequel Wonder Woman 1984 (or WW84 if you're a title screen stickler), they each manage to find something, if not quite positive, then at least interesting at work in the new Patty Jenkins-Gal Gadot teamup. (Even if in Scott's case it's mostly just hypothetical questions about Shazam and a future without box office returns.) In this The Lobby discussion we break down some of the many places where WW84 breaks down, and how its pandemic-defined release strategy bodes for the future of superhero blockbusters.
