The Lobby: The Batman (no spoilers) (Patreon)

The latest in a long, seemingly never-ending line of Batman movies hits theaters today, so Keith and Tasha got together for a good old fashioned immediate post-viewing The Lobby to share their first impressions of Matt Reeves' take on the caped crusader (well, Keith within a matter of minutes, Tasha within a couple of days thanks to an early screening situation). This one is spoiler-free, so feel free to hit play even if you have yet to see The Batman, to hear Tasha and Keith discuss whether the nearly three-hour film's overall weightiness feels oppressive, or refreshingly down-to-earth for the character, how Robert Pattinson's Bruce Wayne, Zoë Kravitz's Selina Kyle, and Jeffery Wright's James Gordon embody what's unique about this take on Batman, and what film we would have absolutely paired with this one if we did it on the main show.
