[Com] Penelope the Bimbo-student (Patreon)

Commission for Plexus

They wanted a bimbo student oc that they could play and build a perverted college around. An education system that the lower your grades get, the bigger the student gets.

Thus Penelope (or Penny for short) was created.

It was fun making up slutty / bimbo accessories to fit the character~!Seeing what kind of stuff a bimbo takes to a college for ditzes.
