I'm only using this location for this one page, so I didn't want to redraw the background from scratch, so I just pulled it from old ZR strips.

There's dialogue on the panel, but it was covering up a lot of the background, so I left the balloon off.

Since it covers so much of the background, it's another reason to reuse old background elements.

Oh heck, I've discovered the benefit of flipping and resizing selections and changing filters on backgrounds, especially if it is a forest of trees on a mountainside.

I tend to do most of the natural stuff like that on the fly, since I use various brushes that will speed it up.
