(Maho Noir) Shelmec race (Patreon)

I wanted a reptilian race for Maho Noir but I didn't want to use Naga, i.e.: snake people...

So I figured turtle people would be fun.

They're shorter than humans but taller than goblins. Their skin tones will range around the khaki spectrum where goblins are more yellow green.
