I was planning on having Ran change her hair around chapter 3, but I really like it after drawing it... so I'm thinking about going back and redoing pages to just have it early.

Yeah, she looks great! Seems like a good idea to keep the look consistent (at least for a while) - switching to this from the beginning sounds like a good plan.
