I dunno if this helps but, back home when people suffer from severe illnesses that seem to ‘deplete’ the strength of their immune systems, they take turmeric, garlic & honey. And a bunch of my friends who got covid got their health back up with seamoss. Whatever you do, I hope you feel better & regain your strength, audios or not. ♥️

There's a nasty sinus infection going around. Lots of my patients dealing with the same lingering symptoms for weeks now ☹️. Drink all the fluids, use a humidifier, hot bath & tea, mucinex DM ect...Rest & take care of you! Hope you feel better soon 💙💙💙.
