In Episode 23, Kuro said that Rimuro summoned him, but his family member beat him to it. He meant that, when Rimuro summoned a demon to inhabit Ramiris's new golem, Kuro actually missed his chance because another demon from Kuro's family went through the summoning gate before he could.

Veldora's journal is S1 from Veldora's PoV. It drops a little bit of misc info they dropped from the show but was in the manga, but nothing that's yet become relevant. Most notable thing is that Rimuru was able to name all the goblins and etc because he was unconsciously drawing on Veldora's power too. Also Veldora and Ifrit are becoming friends within Rimuru's 'stomach'. Otherwise it's largely just a sort of teaser on Veldora's personality. There's another one somewhere in or just after S2 that's the same.

Can't wait for the S2 reactions, you will be able to tell within the first 5min of ep 1 that the animation 2x since S1. Also you did in fact connect all the dots correctly at the end. For what happened with the silver wings and the demon. However one thing you got wrong was black's Rimuru summoning, black hasn't gotten summoned by Rimuru yet, while Rimuru did set up a circle to summon a demon another demon from the same lineage as black jumped in the summoning before black had a chance to. That's why he said "You finally summoned me, and my own family managed to get ahead of me".

As someone who reads the Light Novel I always forget that the last episode even exists. But it is cool that it shows Diablo before he gets summoned because in the Novel it felt a bit random.
