I think there was a mistranslation in the anime In the manga, sugawara was about to say "now you go out there and win it" and then he stopped himself to say "now, lets win this thing, okay" instead. This can be interpreted in two ways. One is for himself and the other is for kageyama Sugawara realized that they are a team so he said "lets win this". If he said "go win this", this would mean he would be reliant again to Kageyama to win the match, but he does not want that anymore which the entire episode was for him to realize they are a team (i think) i think this has a less impact since the episode is for sugawara, but it can also be interpreted for kageyama to realize as well they are in a team and stop thinking that he has to carry his team by his own.

hey! incase you're still confused about the part in 32:54 . Basically Kageyama was forcing Tsuki to hit the ball a certain way because that's what Kageyama thinks is the best attack. He was trying to make him hit a "cross" spike (to spike diagonally away from your body) or a "turn" (hit it diagonally the opposite side), you can see the illustration in 33:15 . So basically, he was tossing to Tsuki either too far or too short, forcing him to hit diagonally, but Tsuki didn't like that, hence why he said "keep it consistent" which means to just put the ball straight above him and let him handle the attack the way he wants to. Been enjoying rewatching the series Michael! keep it up!

I think with Suga he instinctively wanted to pass it off by saying "go win this", not including himself in it but changed what he said to more of an inclusive statement instead. Also, I had the same reaction the first time I watched Haikyuu. I never liked volleyball but it's just something about this show in particular that makes it all so hype
