My dude Science Saru and the peeps behind this adaptation are cooking so hard I am just constantly blown away by how stellar this anime is- I thought the manga was hype enough but the direction they take with this show needs to be studied by future animators for the next couple of generations lol. All I can say is that next episode is going to be absolutely ridiculous in the best way possible and I cannot wait to see how they’ve chosen to adapt it

Fun fact, in the manga when Momo is reading manga next to Aira she is actually reading volume 1 of Kaiju no. 8. Peak recognizes peak.
