Fun Manga Fact: (No spoilers don't worry). If you remember at the end of Wano when Kid, Law, and Luffy picked straws to see which direction each got to go in. There as a debate in the manga community for a long time about who got the easiest route and most people thought it was luffy. To this day some people still believe that, but most people changed their mind when this chapter came out in the manga. Law may have ran into Blackbeard and Kid into Shanks but Luffy ran into not 1 but all 5 elders.

About the Five Elders power, some people said that Oda revealed that these are not devil fruits, since when their beast form got revealed on this chapter, the names are based on Demons and Yōkai (monsters/spirits) of the Japanese folklore and culture, my theory is that these are Awakened Mythical Zoan Devil fruits from the past and Imu gave them these powers as demons/spirits name and form

These elders are straight up hell beasts dropping down on Egghead , I loved how the giants showed up , they’ve always got that courage and pride , never caring who the enemy is But honestly , I don’t even know if our crew is gonna make it off the island before it gets wrecked Can’t wait to see what goes down next !

First and foremost this might be the best episode of Egghead thus far. Zoro is my favorite fictional character of all-time so watching him pack up Lucci who was a former main villain is peak. The animation was movie level. Seeing Dorry and Broggy properly power-scaled is amazing. Venus has always been my favorite Elder so seeing him was elite. 10/10 episode and reaction bro. 🙏🏾

Gorosei form are based on Chinese or Japanese legend demons, im not fan of those lasers and i hope we will see less than here in zoro vs luccy, but episode was absolutly epic, i can't wait for more!

In my own head canon, i think the elders represent the four horseman of the apocalypse. Even though i know it’s five of them but i can’t get past it. The worm would be famine since it could consume everything in sight, the horse would be would be war, Saturn would be plague (that’s not one of the horseman ik) and the warthog would be conquest maybe? Idk but they give me that vibe
