If I’m not mistaken the blood on the ground would be rikos like maid or assistant lady, since it’s at the bottom of the lift; riko died at the end of the tunnel they walked thru where the big open room was

Finally! Someone catches on about Yuji’s relation to the brain creature! Everyone I’ve seen react so far is either confused or skips over it completely. That is a huge info drop! And it explains a lot about Yuji’s abnormal strength too. Also, to answer a couple of questions, the blood they saw on the ground is from the Geto incident while they were in high school. How Yuta is able to still use Rika will be explained later on in the story. And the rule about the game master having to approve the request in rule change is like how you can’t ask a genie for more than 3 wishes. You can add a rule to help you in the game, but you can’t add a cheat code.

I may not have been a big fan of jjk season 1, but season 2 absolutely sold it for me. So far, season 3 is being done masterfully and makes me excited for more episodes. I love how MAPPA is cementing itself as the trippy-abstract-yet-incredibly-cinematographic anime studio- they have been hiring nothing but absolute GOATs for direction, animation, soundtrack, and voice acting. These first two episodes are insane quality so massive shoutout to everyone behind them, I truly believe that they are setting a new standard for cinematic animation PERIOD

Some random japanese knowledge here. When Naoya steps into the room and they chastise him for being so late, he apologizes in slang (gomenchai) that is meant to come off as fun and light-hearted. You say it if what you did wasn’t that serious or if you want to sound cute. Just another sign of disrespect towards the other Zen’in lol
