Fortnightly Progress - 18th October (Patreon)

All the releases for Tw0.3 have now been done, and it's now onto Tw0.4

Direction Polling for that has a week left to run, and this is how that's currently looking.

Just one vote in it currently. I did mess up with setting up the poll for the $25 tier and above with it running for only 9 more hours rather than also for another week like the main poll. So on the off chance you're on that tier or above, and have not used those x3 votes, then yet you might want to get on that.

Managed to do some streaming on Picarto again after way too long, and thankfully both my computer and broadband were willing to cooperate. Man, that whole thing with my broadband provider where I was entirely right from the beginning about it totally being a local issue rather than anything to do with my hub was so very vexing, and such a waste of time and energy.

In terms of making progress I've been attempting to puzzle out how to get the morale and supplies used to display correctly on Finish Days, both to fix the errors, and to get the formatting to look nice. That's going to take likely changing it so rather than putting it all into one big text variable like I did in RAGS due to how paragraph display worked, instead it'll be just making it display as soon as it's generated which would work with Twine so that's going to involve some taking apart to then put it back together in something that works.

Did notice an issue with the 0.991 conversion work I did with variables in regular text not being correctly displayed, and that's now been fixed I think.

There's been some setup done for 'Talking to' as even if it doesn't win the Direction Polling I'll need it to be working enough for Retirements which is something I'm planning to include in the next update.

I've also made some progress on the patron commitments content that will also be coming in Tw0.4.

As for the current state of the commissions.

May + June -  Iron-Clad Maidens :  That got posted in the last couple of days and I'm so pleased with how it turned out. It's already going over significantly better than the wolfguy-to-gal one so that's nice.

July - Forage for Supplies : This is basically confirmed with the artist, and should be started soonish.

July + August - Spread Rumours : Exact same stage as Forage where all the prep work and talking to has been done, I've just not got the go ahead to actually pay them yet, and haven't seen any prelim sketches.

Commission poll for September has 8 hours left to go but it's such a complete and total landslide by Downstairs Disciplinarian that there's no point even doing the spreadsheet. There's like a 20 vote difference between that and the next best option which I really don't see being overhauled.

New commission poll for this month will be up tomorrow.
