This month's updates (Sept) (Patreon)

I looked up and saw it was midnight lolMy work this month was kind of sporadic. I'd like to be working on new pages but I'm trying not to make the same mistake I've made in the past where I went forward with no plan and no references. I've been working on five pages to slide in at the very beginning of the comic to set up story later (they're better for story, but also less work down the line, I think. But I'm always guessing so who knows). This isn't the first time I've posted these pages. They're just taking a while to finish. I wasn't happy with the panel layout on the second one so I asked a bunch of people on Heth to draw me new ones. The first panel I have pasted in is by 4ndeka on Bluesky.

I also worked on new pages that continue the story. But I'm stalled because I need reference of the cavern they're in. I've been using old flagstone to build a set in the corner of the yard and taking photos of that on my phone, but I need to do more thumbnails and I've been too busy with commissions (and maybe too frazzled with anxiety about unrelated things) to get to it.

So, a lot of little updates and no finished ones. Would like to finish something I can put on the site in October, but I won't have less to do any time soon, so I'll work on what I can and have to be satisfied with that.I might put this down and not work on it for months without Patreon, so as always I appreciate it.
