Scraps (Patreon)

It's been a busy beginning of the year. XDMost of my time since about mid February has been spent either outside doing yard work trying to outrun Texas summer, or inside working on commissions or somehow preparing for future commissions. And a little bit of subnautica.Anyway, this place is due for an update so I pulled these sketches (which are not actually exclusive, as I've posted them on discord a couple of times). Ivan is a new character I'm working on. I'm liking his design much more since I added more Anklyosaur to it. (Auto-correct thinks I was trying to say tyrannosaur and I think that's hilarious). I was going to give him the club tail but Thema suggested he could make a fist with the tail he has. I think it'd be cool if he could just pick up a wrecking ball with his tail. Or a big stone fist. Then he could have lots of tail versions. The sketches of Jacky and Christoph are purely for practice. I'd like to be able to comfortably take commissions for human reference sheets someday but first I want a strong base- which will not be reused, just eyeball'd in the future to help get the proportions of different character types correct more quickly. I pick at these a lot in my free time. It's boring work.
