Sent refunds for the deleted tier. (Patreon)

I was under the impression Patreon would not charge people for a tier after I deleted it, but I assume they have to edit their pledge themselves?
I'll look into this for next month when I have time (and will send messages, in case anyone misses this update). In the meantime I refunded everyone who was charged for the Cat's Bag tier for October. Sorry that happened, I was under the impression that it wouldn't!
