Pg 40 (Patreon)

This took all month for a variety of reasons, but I'm sort of glad it did? I hadn't intended to show her tail this soon but realized it was doable and went with it.This isn't the first time I've drawn this interaction between them. Two earlier iterations of it exist (not much different, and they never get more than a line or two further than this point).  I like the one I did in 2021(?) enough that I actually went back and changed his shirt and redid the thumb to be closer to it.I have lots of thoughts about ways they could have met, but this will always be my first choice for story.I admit I set the early release sooner for this, lol, I'm eager to share it. I'm hoping I'll have time to color the last two panels but the vagueness of the lines in one of them might not be worth the time to fuss with.
