I know the majority of people think something happened to Toji while he was away and that is a strong possibility. Alternatively though, I'm wondering if this might have something to do with his quirk? Shoto's quirk is a "half n half" kind of quirk and Toji could have inherited that aspect in a way that makes him half alpha and half omega after a quirk evolution or something? I dunno. That probably sounds ridiculous. It's just, with Toji's hair turning white, I'm wondering if his quirk has activated somehow? That could account for the eye colour change as well? Either way, I am HERE for the unprotected sex and possible nuggie jr.

No, that scar was there before, it's especially visible in part 32. My guess is that it's an early childhood thing where he hurt himself with his quirk, similar to Touya
