No stream tonight, but I'll be streaming off and on all day tomorrow. That'll start with writing stories for & uploading the backlog of art, then transition into an art stream. : )

Sunday night will have a regular stream.

Edit: Change of plans - woke up late not feeling well, ended up just resting and napping. Sleep schedule's probably fucked, so I'll just be doing what I had planned to do today (Saturday) tomorrow (Sunday.) Will try to stream during the coming weekdays as well.

A simply solution to Your sleep problem is to have a set sleeping time. It should be at least seven (better eight) hours long and always at the same time, e.g. go to bed at 11PM and get back up at 7AM the next day. And keep the time constant, so no staying up late on the weekend. Also it is advisable not to consume any stimulants like coffee or cola less than two hours before going to bed. Also slowly wind down towards bed time. After getting up in the morning do something to get your blood flowing, like a cold shower or a walk. And don't do any naps during the day, because they really fuck up Your sleep schedule. There is still more You could do, but for now that should suffice.
