Activity Report

First of all, thank you to all members for your support.Your support is a great source of motivation that allows me to continue creating.

The videos created in July that were not posted on Patreon will be distributed for free on Booth.Please understand that they cannot be distributed here, as the free distribution also serves to promote Patreon.Starting in August, I plan to distribute them on Booth once a week.All of them can be downloaded from the same page. I do not plan to make individual announcements.I hope to post them on weekends.

This time, I have also attached GIFs as a trial.GIFs suffer from severe quality degradation and take up a lot of storage space, so I am still unsure whether I will continue including them.The files were too large, so I reduced the resolution by half.If you would like them to be included again, please let me know in the comments.

Regarding image quality, I found that significant degradation occurred when adding audio, so I revised the workflow.The image quality is expected to improve considerably starting with the August posts.I also considered frame interpolation, but it only looked like a cheap porn ad, so I plan to maintain the current fps going forward.

About Using a New ModelI apologize for the sudden change from the art style I had been using.The previous model has become increasingly unable to handle new characters, so I am considering switching models.To clarify the direction of this account, my goal from the beginning has been to create “moving anime,” not “moving illustrations.”I will continue working without losing sight of that direction.

I am currently experimenting with the new anima model, but the art style is extremely unstable.If you search for the anima model in Japanese, comments about it being unstable appear near the top, which shows just how unstable it is.If I do not compromise somewhere, I will end up endlessly recycling only the same characters and art style, so I will settle on the following approach.

Item 1 will vary considerably depending on the work.Items 2 and 3 rely heavily on image editing and video editing, so I intend to maintain those aspects.That said, I have only been testing it for one week, so I may return to the previous model or change direction again.

I would like to release Patreon-exclusive works regularly, but for now I plan to prioritize re-editing older works.

I expect the trial-and-error process to continue for a while, but I will keep working to deliver more polished works.

まずは、会員の皆様、ご支援いただきありがとうございます。皆様からのご支援が、制作を続けるうえで大きな励みになっています。

7月作成動画のPatreonへ投稿していない分については、Boothでの無料配布になります。ここで配布できないことについては、Patreonの紹介も兼ねているため、ご容赦ください。Boothの投稿頻度に関しては、8月から週1での配布を予定しています。全て同じページ内からダウンロードできます。個別の告知は行わない予定です。土日に投稿できればいいなと考えています。

また、今回はお試しでgifも添付しています。gifは画質の劣化が激しいのと、かなり容量を食うので、今後も続けるかは悩み中です。容量がでかすぎたので、解像度は半分にしています。次からも必要であればコメントなどで教えてください。

それと、画質についてですが、音声の追加部分でかなりの劣化が発生していたので、ワークフローを修正しました。8月の投稿からは画質がかなり改善される予定です。フレーム補完についても検討したんですが、安っぽいエロ広告にしか見えなかったので、今後も今のfpsを維持する予定です。

新しいモデルの使用について今まで使用していた画風から急に変更してしまい、申し訳ございません。新しいキャラへの対応が以前のモデルではできないことが増えてきたため、切り替えを検討しています。一応このアカウントの方向性について示しておくと、当初から、「動くイラスト」ではなく、「動くアニメ」を作ることです。そこの方向性についてだけはぶれないよう続けていきます。

新しくanimaモデルを試行錯誤している途中ですが、とにかく画風が安定しません。日本語でanimaモデルで検索すると、安定しないが上の方に表示されるぐらい安定しません。どこかで妥協をしないと、画風が同じキャラのみを延々擦り続けるはめになるので、以下の方針で手を打ちます。

1に関しては、作品が変わればかなり変化します。2、3に関しては、画像編集、動画編集の領域が多分に含まれるので、ここは維持しようと思います。といっても、まだ試して1週間なので、前のモデルに戻すことや、方向性がぶれることもあり得ます。

Patreonへの限定作品については、定期的にしたいと考えてはいるんですが、まずは過去分の再編集を優先しようと思います。

しばらくは試行錯誤が続くと思いますが、より完成度の高い作品を届けられるよう励んでまいります。

首先，感谢各位会员的支持。大家的支持是我继续创作的重要动力。

7月制作但未发布到Patreon的视频，将在Booth免费发布。由于这些免费发布也兼作Patreon的宣传，因此无法在这里发布，还请谅解。从8月开始，计划每周在Booth发布一次。所有内容都可以从同一个页面下载。暂时不计划逐次发布通知。希望能在周末发布。

这次还试着附上了GIF。GIF的画质损失很严重，也会占用很大的容量，所以我还在犹豫今后是否继续附上。由于文件太大，分辨率已经降为一半。下次如果还需要，请在评论中告诉我。

关于画质，由于在添加音频的环节出现了相当严重的画质损失，我已经修改了工作流程。从8月的投稿开始，画质预计会有很大改善。我也考虑过补帧，但看起来只像廉价色情广告，所以今后计划继续保持现在的fps。

关于使用新模型很抱歉突然改变了之前一直使用的画风。以前的模型越来越难以应对新角色，因此我正在考虑切换模型。说明一下这个账号的方向，从一开始，我想做的就不是“会动的插画”，而是“会动的动画”。我会继续坚持，不让这个方向发生偏移。

目前我正在反复尝试新的anima模型，但画风实在很不稳定。用日语搜索anima模型时，“不稳定”相关的内容甚至会出现在靠前的位置，可见它有多不稳定。如果不在某些地方妥协，就会变成只能反复使用画风相同的角色，因此我决定按以下方针处理。

第1点会随着作品不同而发生很大变化。第2、3点在很大程度上属于图像编辑和视频编辑的范畴，因此我打算维持这两点。不过，我才试用了一个星期，所以也有可能改回之前的模型，或者再次调整方向。

关于Patreon限定作品，我确实希望能定期发布，但目前打算优先重新编辑过去的作品。

接下来一段时间可能仍会不断尝试调整，但我会继续努力，争取带来完成度更高的作品。
