Basil Livington (Patreon)

Basil is proud, status-conscious, and very aware of where he stands socially. The son of the Viscount, he comes from Liazanne and spends much of his time at the Academy building connections and influence. By fifth year, he has Air, Death, and Earth. He also has an ongoing beef with Adam Uthelson.
