Then on the bottom left middle click on the current model and search for "Wan 3.0 Reference" then next to the left model selector click the settings button and edit it to your liking, I did 2 seconds and 480p to do gifs you can do 5 seconds or more.

Then upload your video reference and make sure its under 2k resolution, Then upload a good Upper body face portrait.

Then add the following Prompt below i used to transfer only the face and outfit in the text prompt.

When You're done with the settings and prompt double check settings and your face and video source then click generate and You're done should take 1-3 minutes depending on the duration.

PROMPT (Face, Hair and Outfit Swap):

Replace the face, head and clothing of the woman in the video with the exact face, facial features, skin tone, hair color, hairstyle, head and complete clothing/outfit from the reference photo.Change from the neck up and also replace her entire clothing, top, shirt or garment with the exact same clothing from the reference photo.If the woman in the reference photo has any head accessories (earrings, glasses, hat, hair clips, etc.), copy those accessories as well.Keep the original body shape, pose, movements, lighting, background and every other detail exactly the same as the reference video.The output video must be identical to the reference video in every way except the woman's face, head and clothing.Duration must be exactly the same as the reference video.High consistency, natural neck and clothing blending, no distortions.

Basically upload the first person to be on the left side (Image1) and the second person to be on the right side (image2).

There is two people one in image1 and image2 and two people in video1.

Person A is the person on image1. Person B is the person on image2.

Person 1 is the person on the LEFT side of video1. Person 2 is the person on the RIGHT side of video1.

Apply the following cross-swaps:

- Replace Person 1 (left side of video1) with Person A (image1): transfer her exact face, facial features, eye color, eyebrows, eyelids, nose, nostrils, lips, mouth, skin tone, hair color, hairstyle, hairline and outfit.

- Replace Person 2 (right side of video1) with Person B (image2): transfer her exact face, facial features, eye color, eyebrows, eyelids, nose, nostrils, lips, mouth, skin tone, hair color, hairstyle, hairline and outfit.

For each person, replace the outfit with the outfit of their matching image1 reference, matching its garment style, colors, material, patterns, neckline, sleeves, fit and visible details. For clothing not visible in image1, keep the corresponding clothing from video1.

Adapt each copied outfit naturally to each person's original body, pose and movements in video1, with consistent fabric folds, motion, shadows and occlusion. Do NOT copy the reference photo's poses, body shapes, background or lighting.
