I also hated how they portrayed belly’s grief dealing with Conrad like she acted like she ain’t know what was wrong with him like his mom is literally dying in front of him , then the whole prom thing like she basically broke up with him like if me and my bf has someone that close to both of us dying like obviously im gonna know what’s on his mind cs it should be on hers toooo!!

Belly is such a fuck girl & she bothers tf out of me bc she acts like only those two boys exist. However I feel like her & Jeremiah make more sense. Conrad definitely has a lot of work to do on himself before he can be with anyone. Cause I know damn well I woulda lost my shit on him for always closing off & acting like a child when he’s mad. All them little kids are annoying 🤣

Can I point out something that I’ve started to pick up on since watching yalls reactions? There’s a super dramatic scenic shot of when the boys are sleeping on either side of Belly and you can kind of see the lighting is brighter towards Conrad’s side and darker towards Jeremiah’s side. Maybe I’m reading too much into a YA episode lol but it was kimd of giving Belly is hung up on Conrad still and the lighting takes up more of her face when they have that pillow talk moment bc I think she’s almost swayed into getting back on the Conrad train. (YES I KNOW THE SUN RISES ON ONE SIDE AND THERES WINDOWS ON BOTH SIDES SO MAYBE I AM READING INTO IT ALOT OR MAYBE ITS FORESHADOWING) but that glow is heightened when her and Jer kiss and in the next scene, the gloomy lighting is now on Conrad.

I am a strong advocate for neither ofthem being with her, but I can't help but agree. The only times we've seen Belly and Conrad happy together were in flashbacks, group settings and seconds before going in for a kiss.

Conrad is frustrating in s2 because he tells everyone and their mother he loves Belly but not Belly herself 😂😂 the most he said was “we did” when she said we loved each other (beach fight) and “i still want you” which he promptly took back ☠️ I root for him but only in s3. 😂 Jeremiah may not be endgame but he definitely is much more honest with Belly.
