Jacquie Rojas

I literally grew up on Barbie in the Nutcracker and it’s still one of my favorite!!

Abby Webster

I was just trying to decide what Christmas movie to watch tonight!

Allison

Didn’t know I wanted this until it showed up in my notifications! One of my fave retellings of The Nutcracker ballet.

The Chopyaks

I also have a nutcracker collection! I did a report in the 3rd grade about the ballet and the origins of the nutcracker figurines.

Gigi

Bahahaha I watch this every year ONLY on Christmas Eve . Guess this year it’ll be twice 😂

Avery Schwartz

Opened Patreon and saw this and I’m just drop everything so glad you both are watching this I always love watching the nutcracker every December

KD

Are you kidding? This is such a childhood classic for me, ty!!!

Neva Cervantez

I LOVED this movie as a little girl. I watched it every Christmas until I was 16! Btw, Rizzo I love you SOO much but Benji is right, keep it to yourself about DragonTales cause all you're gonna do is make a lot of us really hurt 🤣🤣 that was my number one favorite show growing up haha love you guys! Thanks for watching this and letting me relive my childhood lol

Beth

This felt so random. But fun. I too have a nutcracker collection. Not because of this movie though lol. My favorite is a 3 ft tall Henry VIII with the tower of London and its famous crows. It's so extra.

Yue

Ahhh this was the first Barbie movie I ever saw as a kid and it gives me so much nostalgia! When I saw the actual ballet, I was real confused because Clara’s role is so different haha. Also, I recognized Barbie’s voice from the dub of Inuyasha for anyone else who saw it 😂

Alexis Angiano

I had the VHS of this movie & I was fully OBSESSED with this movie & obviously had the Barbie. This is the first time I’ve watched this in years so thank you. 😅

Catherine Ginn

I know they definitely used motion capture for the opening credits of Barbe in the 12 Dancing Princesses, and that they (at least) modeled some of the actual character dance movements in that film off of real ballet dancers. I'm not if they did the same for this film - though, given it was the first of these "Barbie in . . ." movies, I would guess they either didn't have the money to do something like that or they didn't want to use it on something like that.

Catherine Ginn

I would love to see you react to all of the classic "Barbie in . . . " movies, but I want to see you react to all of the Tinker Bell movies more.

Maya Powell

Me, my parents, my sister and her boyfriend went to see this live recently

Maya Powell

I love the Barbie and Ken sweaters

Maya Powell

How can u hate Dragon Tales?
