Can't wait to watch this. If you're taking recommendations, y'all should check out Austenland (made in 2013). Very silly and camp time and Jennifer Coolidge is so iconic. Also starring Kerri Russell who was also amazing in Waitress (yall should add that to your list as well imo).

This is my comfort movie! I love it so much but Carmen's dad is so triggering bc ur the adult but you want ur daughter to be excited about a wedding you couldn't have bothered to tell her about. Also I think in the books Carmen does have a little flirtation with the stepbrother 😬

This was the first time I actually saw these 3 in a show (Alexis bledel I knew from Gilmore girls)! I loved it so much I ended up reading the whole series. I was in middle school and all of them seemed so cool to me, I was like I wanna be like them when I’m 16 lol Update: I forgot how emotional and real this movie was and it’s hitting HARD. 😭
