I only watched it for the first time last month. I now love Stitch more than I can say. I just left the cinema. Watched the live action. Loved it! So cute. I didn't mind the changes at all.

This movie and Blue Crush that came out later the same year really fed into my desire to be a surfer girl🏄‍♀️ as a kid. Growing up in rural ND did not align with this dream haha. Such a cute movie!

Something I didn’t fully connect until recently is that the reason Lilo brings Pudge food likely started after their parents got into that fatal crash while it was raining. It’s understandable that she’d feel like she’d have to offer tributes to Pudge to keep him happy so nothing like that happens again.
