You didn't miss anything. This is the first reference to a 'Dr. Revek' who apparently has done terrible things in his past (before he aligned with Silco) we weren't privy to in this show. All we know is that he told Victor he used to work with Heimerdinger but broke up over a 'disagreement'. Also the light disappeared because the crystals light up when you make sound that's why they were clapping when walking and why it became brighter when they were throwing punches. Reacting to this show can be tricky because there's a lot of information and it's easy to miss if you're also trying to make content. I've seen multiple times where you're trying to figure out whether you've seen a certain character before out loud right as they explain things. I really recommend the rewatch by yourself.

Vander, Felicia and Silco were best friends and believed in an independent Zaun. Felicia married a man called Connol who was a miner just like her and who died alongside her in the failed rebellion. Vi and Powder are both Felicia and Connol's kids. Vander is essentially their uncle before he takes them in as their adoptive father.

Felicia is played by Jeanie Tirado. So it's not the same person who plays Jinx. I know that because Jeanie is in a lot of anime😄
