This was a beautiful treat after the 'events' of last time. I loved this side mission so much, and I really can't wait to see how Ekko is going forward.

Love you guys, have a great weekend!

First for Veggie: Sorry I am late to the party, but thank you for the reaction. Your Videos are always a delight! <3 So I enjoy it very much. _________________ So some comments from me, but they WILL contain SPOILERS for those who somehow read this and haven't finished Arcane yet, so be warned. Funfact: The song in the Radio at the very beginning of the EP, is the Chinese Arcane song from S1. I love it very much and was surprised to hear it in the official english version. It was so "just chinese" that it wasn't even uploaded to the offical Riot Music channel, unlike the S2 Chinese Arcane song, by the same singer (which was used at the end of EP6). The theory why they used Chinese specifically in the beginning and later a french song, in EP7 is, because it's a foreign timeline and Ekko doesn't know what tf is going on And for the Ep6 part is, because it's a "big moment" for Isha, and she is mute, so we aren't supposed to understand her. About the Ryze topic: one of the big reasons why a lot of people belived it to be Ryze, other than the runes on the body, is because of the Ability. His ultimate ability in game is a circles which teleports any ally in it across the map (group teleport), which is basically what was done with Jayce and his mom. So IMHO, they originally intend it to be Ryze and then later changed course. Ofc no proof or anything like that for this. Viktor does not have any abilities even remotely close to teleportation. (neither any time abilities or anything, but more on that on EP9) U mention EP7 a lot Veggie, so I wanted to point out, this is also EP7. I think the Ekko focused EP have been placed like that intentionally Another thing in this EP. Jayce usually had a pretty nice life, and now living hell, for Ekko it was the other way around. IMHO all of S2 was rushed. and they lingered on scenes or framed that wasn't needed imho. Also about yordles (Keep in mind this may or may not be true anymore): Based on what we know about yordles, they are born of pure magic, aka arcane. They are immortal as in cannot die of age or sickness or something, and if killed (aka dying by unnatural causes), they simply "respawn" at their place of "birth". Presumably with their memories gone, living "a new life" So my theory, this is part of the reason, why specifically Heimer Exploded and not anything or anyone else, and also that he used himself as Arcane energy to fuel the full trip (rather than just second). As it will be mentioned, the Arcane stones (aka Hextech core) have finite energy, as does Viktor, so those little shards might not have been enough to power such a "long" trip. So what Heimer did for a "temporary boost" was make it so it can drain himself (basically programming, that hey take me for energy). JUST MY ASSUMPTION tho ____________ Personally, other than the general direction they went with the plot, which doesn't sit well with me, I especially didn't like how the made Ekko act in this EP. He is supposed to be smart, but he constantly acted "Out of it". It's similar if there is a story, about being transported into a fantasy world, they witness a vampire and they go "ah what kind of inhuman beast is this?!" acting as if that wasn't common knowledge in "our world" <.< very annoying to me (tho obviosuly ekko doesn't know time travel is a thing, but he should be smart enough to get some hints.) And for all interested. On the official Riot Store, there are different Arcane Merch available, including the little Vi Raggdoll from this EP. very qt (as well as emo Vi Jacket and the last EP Jinx Hoodie)
