Wasn't expecting a solid side quest this week, but kinda felt like we needed it with everything that has been going on. That ending was satisfying XD

Love you, guys~

Never before has an 8 ball been so epic. Nice calm before the storm episode with the X-men Rogue cannot be touched resolution story for the electric lady.

Great breather episode before we enter the season's final arc. Glad for Gunn and Gwen, they both got something they'd been needing this episode. Can't say too much about the Cordelia storyline at this point without spoilers but I am glad they don't drag out the gang discovering she has been the "big bad" up to this point! Thanks as usual for your fun reaction, Veggie!

I like that as soon as they get a bit of time to think, with Angelus and the Beast off the board, they immediately start to clock something is up with everything going on. It makes our main characters seem like the intelligent folk they are suppose to be. As to the FF7 Remake detour at the end, personally, I was fine with the changes, intrigued even. I can understand someone feeling hoodwinked perhaps but they stated they didn't want to work on exactly the same thing and just redo it but prettier, which I think is fair. They've stated that the title is a description of the game but also of the story, IE, someone/something in universe is trying to "remake" FF7. Whether they land the third part will be the big decider on the whole endeavour. Ironically, I think you'd probably enjoy Rebirth a bit more cause, as spoiler free as possible, it does still do some of what it sounds like you dislike heavily but it also kind of jumps back on the tracks main plot wise. Which has annoyed a whole other bunch of people who were excited to see it diverge more, as seems implied by the end of Remake. So they've kinda alienated a lot of both sides with a one-two punch, imo at least. Both were still great for 95% of their runtimes so I'll still buy the third part despite my misgivings of some aspects. As for the drop off, Rebirth came out only on the PS5 at launch, whereas Remake came out on the PS4 which had a much larger install base and it came right at the start of covid so had a captive audience with lots of money and time. 4 years later and people had a lot less money, game was £20 more at launch as well.

I really appreciate this comment. kongolor. I am afraid it is a hard line for me - the game promised to be a 'Remake', and it went out of it's way to say it wasn't at the end (after 90% of it being near perfect). I love FF7 as it got me through some of the toughest times in my life. If 'Remake' means the creators are remaking the story into something else than the original story, good for them. But t that is the reason I was fooled into buying the first Remake. The "timelines" thing I am afraid is a hard red flag for me. It basically means "the plot no longer matters because "remake" lol". The original game meant a lot to me. I hope the remake means a lot to the youth getting into RPGs nowadays. Just wish they didn't need to step on my memories~ It wasn't a cliché, it was my only escape during a rough time. But that is hardly unique when it comes to RPG players 😁

You were maybe thinking about Lorne's Psychic friend Aggie from season 2.

I really love that they have figured out something's going on with Cordy! Though knowing TV and knowing that nothing good can happen in Angel without bad ensuing, I'm predicting that Connor will of course not believe the gang that Cordy is "evil". And so he'll f*ck up everything next episode.🙈😕 I also have to admit that my patience for the whole relationship drama has officially reached zero. When they told us that Gunn and Gwenn are going on a mission, I was like: "Oh, no...they won't make them fall in love to up the ante on the relationship drama, will they?.....No, that would be stupid and obvious!" Welp, guess I was wrong.🙃
