Patreon is having some troubles (Patreon)

Hi everyone, so I have a problem with my patreon that I'm trying to fix. I went to look up for answers but most of the answers are very technical and out of my limits.But I've heard that if I update my problem could be solved, the thing is I don't know how to do it.So if anyone knows: - How to see the version of my Patreon                                         - How to update                                         - And if this "update the version" thing is only for the Patreon App (I work on desktop)I would greately appreciate itBut anyway, this was mostly to inform all of you that I might have to delay the works until I get an answer and solve this problem.And again if by any chance anyone knows about the updates and help me to solve this quickly  I would greately appreciate it .Thanks for your attention
