Crazy that Howard has to share a grave with his murderer. He didn't deserve any of this.

Another banger episode. You're almost at the end man. I would love to highlight some details if you would indulge me. I love how this shows that Gus can be too smart for his own good, and lays the foundation for how he ended up getting beat by Walt in BrBa. "it could have gone a whole lot differently" and the next time, it did. Mike's part in this episode is highly underrated imo. When you think about Jane's death, and Jessie calling Saul, and Saul sending Mike - it just makes so much sense after this scene. Mike did the same thing for him here, even used the same line "That's all you know" when coaching him on talking to the police. By BrBa, Mike is almost completely desensitized to this type of work, but here you can see that it really weighs on him that a civilian got killed because of what he considers his slip-up. My favourite moment in this episode is when Mike keeps the door open for a moment longer so that Jimmy can see Howard's body being stuffed into the fridge. The look he gives him communicates so much. "Was it worth it?" Man. I think this is the moment their friendship ends and the kinda disgusted/antagonistic vibe Mike has for Saul in BrBa begins. The next episode is really special. Sucks that it's almost over but you still have a few surprises coming.

The scene of Jim and Kimmy arguing with Lalo in the apartment is what they were filming when Bob Odenkirk had his heart attack. Got lucky that there was so many people around him that could call for help immediately

Point and Shoot has the most tragic scene in the entire show for me, and it's of course the final scene where Lalo and Howard are being buried together under the lab combined with that somber and hopeless music. Howard's arc and everything that has happened to him over the course of this show and especially S6, what kind of person he was and what he really went through vs what everybody else believes he went through and ultimately commited suicide, because the ones that DOES know (Jimmy, Kim and Mike) orchestrated Howard's downfall and they're being told to not come forward about his true fate, makes Howard the most tragic character in any show I've seen, including main characters. On top of all this, Howard gets buried together with his murderer under a hidden methlab that nobody will ever find because the only ones who knows where he's buried, are dead. Howard is obviously the main reason as to why this scene is so tragic, but I do feel bad for Lalo too for his personal motivations in the game, which I think is overshadowed by Howard: He went to such great lengths to take revenge on Gus, he even went to Germany to get proof even though he wanted to kill Gus right away after his assassination attempt in the S5 finale. Lalo outsmarted Mike, went to the lab to get the proof he needed, Gus was there so he decides to get the proof then kill Gus, then he's just very unlucky to not land a fatal hit on Gus with his gun in the dark, but Gus is lucky and does land a fatal hit on Lalo, a shot to the jugular. Lalo was so close, he literally had the proof he needed, and he also got something that wasn't even a part of his plan - Gus' speech which Don Eladio definitely would've not liked. And instead of asking Gus if he was done with his hate boner for the cartel, he should've killed him right there on the spot, went out of the lab before Mike got there, and head straight to Mexico so he could show Don Eladio the proof. So yeah, poor Lalo for being so close and thinking he's won.
