Bro you went on and on way too much about 'this and that is offensive, can't be done nowadays etc' when nobody ever actually cares about that stuff. Can't just watch comedy anymore without people having to point out where some fictional person from a fox news outrage porn story might be upset. They still make Jackass movies and It's Always Sunny is still on TV. All of that 'they couldn't make this today' stuff is fox news propaganda. It's literally just not true. This movie got mediocre reviews (as if reviews even matter) because people were burnt out on Rogens style of comedy schtick at this time after a decade of pumping out movies playing the same character. Nobody was 'offended' by anything.

While you're right (an article I checked out tried to lump The Wolf Of Wall Street and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood as straight comedies!), some recent comedies in the same vein include: Neighbors (2014), Neighbors 2 (2016), Booksmart (2019), and Unpregnant (2020).

Mister Lou

this movie was written and directed by Seth Rogen and Even Goldberg. This movie is so fucking crazy, you honestly forget about the Eminem cameo at the beginning, and when you're watching the scene, you're thinking this is going to be the most talked about moment in this movie! These guys also made This Is The End together but I highly recommend saving it for after you seen more of their movies especially Michael Cera movies. and you really need to watch "The Room"(2003) before Disaster Artist.
