The Mandalorian season 3 does come out in February and assuming you switch back to once a week for the Book of Boba Fett than you should be done with it in early February just in time for the Mandalorian season 3.

This actually makes sense that they'd hire their best to hunt down Omega because Boba and Fennec are both fairly new. Boba being ahead of Fennec and standing on his own merit and making a name for himself while Fennec is even newer. At this point people would know Boba Fett as a deadly bounty hunter. Heck even Palpatine recognized him, but Bane was second to Jango and is even more experienced so there's a sense of reliability to get the job done

Your look on the dual is about right. Hunter is a trained soldier so when he pulls for his gun, he is pulling it up closer to his face to aim better. But he unfortunately sacrificed speed for precision. Bane slings his gun out with one hand and doesn’t bother to aim. It’s a sloppier pull that has chance of missing, but he’s quicker on the draw because of it. He’s been doing for years so I’m sure he can just eyeball it and hit his target. Love little details like that
